Just wanna share a quote base on my own observation and personal experiences too. Basically there are no problems that could not be solved. Problems are meant to be solved.
“What make problems complicate is the human”
Many problems are actually simple, but because of the unwillingness of the people that involve inside that make simple problems become complicate.
Some stories that I read before that how you should simplify things instead made it more complicated.
I try to rewrite the story, correct me if I’m wrong. It was told that there were problems arise in a soap company. You know that soap that come with box, so there are many complaints from the customer that many of them bought and empty box without soap inside. Thus the top management of the company think hard and try to solve the problem. One came with the idea that the company should invest in this sophisticated machine that could detect the box is empty or not. Which definitely if we talking about machine investment, we’re talking about millions dollar. If it means customer satisfaction, this step might have to be taken by the company.
BUT fortunately there’s one employee who think simpler and suggested why don’t just install a fan and put it in the part where the soap are packaged. If the boxes are flewn away therefore you know that the boxes are empty. The company end up saving lots of million just because one simple thought instead of sophisticated thoughts.
The moral of the story is why complicate things when it can be simple. Like many said just KISS, just KEEP IT SIMPLE SWETTIE. 🙂
